Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 Design Alterations

Once a design layout has been created, alterations and corrections to the layout are included within the price quoted for the job and within the agreed timeframe.

1.2 Late Alterations

 

Any alterations that deviate from the designs agreed by the client on the final layouts will be charged at our full hourly rate.

 

 

2. Commencement of work

The comminsioned work shall be confirmed in writing or by email before proceeding. Fee's for the work will be stated and no project will be started without written agreement.

 

 

3. Confidentiality

The Irregular Bell Design Co. promises not to disclose any confidential information about the clients business, business methods or design projects without the clients written approval. Any individuals hired by The Irregular Bell Design Co to complete work will also abide by this rule.

 

4. Payment

The Irregular Bell Design Co. shall be paid the total fee in UK pounds sterling together with any related costs. Payment plans whereby the client may pay in installments must be agreed in writing before work has commenced. All monies shall be paid to The irregular Bell Design Co. withing 30 days of receiving an invoice or on the pre-agreed payment plan.

 

 

5. Costs

Costs incurred by The Irregular Bell Design Co. for items such as prints, proofs, reproductions, domain name purchasing and hosting provided at the clients request will be charged separately. A 10% handling fee will also be included.

 

6. Non payment
